Full Foray, Single Occupancy with Air Conditioning

$750 per person
​
Penngate Dorms: Single occupancy sleeping quarters. Air conditioned, some wheelchair accessible rooms, suite bathroom shared with double room next door. Full foray attendance and all meals included (Thursday dinner through Sunday Breakfast).
Full Foray, Double Occupancy with Air Conditioning

$550 per person

Penngate Dorms: Air conditioned, some wheelchair accessible rooms, 2 beds/room - 4 beds/suite, suite bathroom shared with double room next door. Full foray attendance and all meals included (Thursday dinner through Sunday Breakfast).
Full Foray, Double Occupancy, no Air Conditioning

Mont Alto Hall: no AC, 2 beds/room, hall bathrooms which are gendered by floor and wing of the building. Full foray attendance and all meals included (Thursday dinner through Sunday Breakfast).
Full Foray, Campsite Accommodations

$315 per person

Caledonia State Park Group Camping - tents, each site holds 20 people. We've already reserved the sites! Just bring your own tent and camping gear! Full foray attendance and all meals included (Thursday dinner through Sunday Breakfast).
Full Foray, Commuter

$300 per person​
​
Provide your own lodging. Full foray attendance and all meals included (Thursday dinner through Sunday Breakfast).
Single Day Commuter (Friday or Saturday)

NEMF 2026 Ticketing & Refund Policy​

​Refund Policy
Due to the nature of event planning and our commitment to keeping costs accessible for all, tickets are non-refundable except in the case of extenuating circumstances. These may include:

Documented medical emergencies

Family emergencies or bereavement

Other serious, unavoidable events (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
Please contact Emma Richter, Treasurer at treasurer@nemf.org with your request and any relevant documentation. All refund requests must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.

Ticket Transfers
If you can no longer attend and would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please email Emma Richter, Treasurer at treasurer@nemf.org by July 15, 2026. Transfers after this date cannot be guaranteed.
