Registration Details

Online Registration:

This year we are again using an online registration system. You can pay by PayPal, Venmo, credit card or by check (Manual Payment at checkout).

Please note that our registration provider does add a surcharge to your purchase. We appreciate your understanding.

Credit card fees are built into the price of your ticket. Paying by check is your most economical purchase option, just select “manual option” at checkout. The registrar will contact you by email on the next steps.

The next less expensive option is to pay by PayPal or Venmo. In the Buyer information window enter the coupon code @PAYPALVENMO.

Online Registration steps:
  • go to: https://www.nemf.org/2025-foray 

  • Click on the blue Register Now button. That will bring you to the ticket menu.

  • At the ticket menu, clicking on the blue Buy Tickets button will scroll you down to the ticket selections (or you can manually scroll down).

  • You can make up to 4 selections from the ticket menu by using the Quantity pull-down menu to select the number of tickets. Scroll down to the end of this tickets menu to find and click on the blue Checkout button.

  • This brings you to Purchaser Information. Enter your first name, last name and email address. Enter the coupon code @PAYPALVENMO if paying by PayPal or Venmo. Click on the blue Continue button.

  • The ticket details window opens. Fill the form being sure to fill all starred required fields: First name, Last name, Email address, (or check the “Same as buyer details” box) Street address, City, Country, State, Zip code, Cabin-type AND Tent-type, Mobility assistance, Dietary needs, PDF or paper foray booklet preference, Emergency Phone (please be sure to NOT use the same phone number as the one given in the prior required Phone number field.

  • Click on "Next ticket” or blue “Continue” button

  • Check the “I Agree” Liability Waiver box. Click the blue Continue to Payment button.

  • Choose your Payment option. Remember, selecting Manual Payment will save you money.

Mail-in Registration:

If you cannot complete online registration you may request a registration form. This reservation form must be completed and either emailed or mailed to the registrar. The reservation will be completed with the receipt of a check within 30 days; your registration is not considered complete until payment is received. Once mailed, please let the registrar know.

 

Offsite Registration:

As mentioned on the Foray Details page the foray has reserved a block of 50 2 double-bed rooms at the Quality Inn renting at $159.00 per room. 3 nights comes to $477.00 with taxes the total is $563.00 with taxes. The rooms can sleep up to 4 people per room, so:

  • Single occupancy comes to $563.00

  • Double occupancy comes to $281.50 per person

  • Triple occupancy comes to $187.67 per person

  • Quadruple occupancy comes to $140.75 per person.

If you choose this option you will be totally responsible for making all arrangements with the Quality Inn.

Each person will need to purchase a Commuter ticket at a cost of $325.00 for 8 meals and all Foray activities, workshops are extra. Be sure to answer the question whether you are staying at the Quality Inn.

Foray Ticket Prices:

Cabin Bed — Thursday - Sunday — 8 meals (see below under Meals) — $388.00

​

Tent Site — Thursday - Sunday — 8 meals — $355.00 per person

​

Commuter — Thursday - Sunday — 8 meals — $325.00

​

Commuter — 3 meals — Friday or Saturday Only — $195.00

 

NEMF 2025 Ticketing & Refund Policy​

​Refund Policy

Due to the nature of event planning and our commitment to keeping costs accessible for all, tickets are non-refundable except in the case of extenuating circumstances. These may include:

  • Documented medical emergencies

  • Family emergencies or bereavement

  • Other serious, unavoidable events (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
     

Please contact Paul Sadowski, Registrar at nemf2010@verizon.net with your request and any relevant documentation. All refund requests must be submitted no later than September 10, 2025.

The refunded amount will exclude any surcharges and processing fees.

Weather Policy

This is a rain-or-shine event. Most of our programming takes place outdoors, and attendees should come prepared with appropriate gear for a variety of weather conditions. 

Refunds will not be issued due to weather forecasts or discomfort with inclement conditions. In the event of truly hazardous weather (e.g., flooding, lightning, or conditions deemed unsafe by organizers), adjustments will be made to the schedule or moved to sheltered areas as needed.

Ticket Transfers

If you can no longer attend and would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please email the registrar, Paul Sadowski, at nemf2010@verizon.net by September 10, 2025. Transfers after this date cannot be guaranteed.
