From the Northeast Take I-87 (Thruway) south to Exit 19 (Kingston). Follow rotary to first exit, Rte. 28 west to Pine Hill. At next exit, about 1/2 mile, take second right onto Rte. 209 south toward Ellenville. At about 20 miles Rte. 209 meets Rtes. 44/55 Take a left onto Rte. 44/55. At about 1 mile a large yellow sign advertising the Hudson Valley Resort appears on the left; Minnewaska Trail is opposite. Take right onto Minnewaska Trail. Follow Minnewaska Trail for 2-tenths of a mile. Bear left onto Foordmore Road. Continue down Foordmore Rd. for a mile. Holy Trinity Ukranian Catholic church is on your right; entrance to Soyuzivka is on the left. From the Southeast Take I-87 (Thruway) north to Exit 18 (New Paltz). Take Rte. 299 west through New Paltz about 8 miles. At junction with Rtes. 44/55 take right, travel west about 10 miles. Look for a large yellow sign advertising the Hudson Valley Resort on the right; Minnewaska Trail is opposite. Take left onto Minnewaska Trail. Follow Minnewaska Trail for 2-tenths of a mile. Bear left onto Foordmore Road. Continue down Foordmore Rd. for a mile. Holy Trinity Ukranian Catholic church is on your right; entrance to Soyuzivka is on the left. From the Southwest Take I-84 to junction with Rte. 17. Follow Rte. 17 west to Exit 113 (Wurtsboro-Ellenville). Take Rte. 209 north through Ellenville to the junction with Rtes. 44/55. Foordmore Rd. is on right 3 miles past this junction at the sign for Soyuzivka.  Continue to the top of the hill, watch for small UNA Estate signs:  At the top of the hill make first right. At the stop sign turn right again; this is Foordmore Road. Continue down Foordmore Road for a mile and a half. Holy Trinity Ukranian Catholic church is on your right; entrance to Soyuzivka is on the left.  From the Northwest Take Rte. 17 east to Exit 99 (Liberty). Proceed from ramp straight about .2 mi. Take right onto Sheehan Rd. Follow Sheehan as it turns left. At end of Sheehan Rd. take right and then shortly, left onto Main St. Proceed on Main St. At about .75 mi. Rte. 55 enters Main St. from right. Follow Main St./Rte. 55/52 .2 mi. bearing left with Rte. 55/52 (Neversink Rd.). At traffic circle take second right onto Rte. 55. Travel Rte. 55 approximately 18 mi. to junction with Rte. 209 in Naponach. Foordmore Rd. is on right 3 miles past this junction at the sign for Soyuzivka. (See Southwest directions.) Soyuzivka is about 1-1/2 miles, across from the Ukrainian Catholic Church on left.    |
